( FAQ ) · About Pavilion Exhibition Stands
What is a pavilion exhibition stand?
A pavilion exhibition stand is a large, shared exhibition space designed to showcase multiple brands, products, or exhibitors under one unified concept. It’s commonly used by government organizations, industry associations, export councils, and large enterprises.
A pavilion stand is ideal if you’re representing multiple exhibitors, promoting a country or industry, or need to create a strong, organised presence at a major trade show. It helps maximise visibility while making the best use of a larger exhibition space.
Yes. We design pavilion stands with a consistent overall theme while giving each exhibitor a dedicated space to showcase their branding, products, and messaging.
Yes. We run a tenant onboarding portal, brief co-exhibitors, manage their fascia and graphics, and field their queries – so the trade body never becomes the helpdesk.
Yes. We provide the theatre build, AV, technical direction, run-of-show production and the speaker hospitality desk.
We provide complete project management, including design, manufacturing, logistics, installation, on-site supervision, and dismantling. Our team coordinates every detail to ensure the project is delivered on time and runs smoothly.
Absolutely. Depending on your objectives, we can incorporate private meeting rooms, product demonstration zones, lounges, reception counters, hospitality areas, storage spaces, and interactive display sections.
Yes. We deliver pavilions at major international venues across Europe, the USA and the Middle East, coordinating not just freight and customs but also multi-tenant compliance — fire egress for dozens of co-exhibitor booths, local labour rules for on-site crews, and venue-specific zoning approvals that a single-brand stand doesn’t need to navigate.
Because pavilion projects involve multiple stakeholders and larger-scale planning, we recommend starting at least 4–6 months before the exhibition. This allows sufficient time for design approvals, production, logistics, and coordination.
Because running a pavilion is really running dozens of small projects at once, and we act as the single point of accountability for all of them — briefing co-exhibitors, managing shared branding against individual fascia, and staging the on-site programme — so your organisation deals with one project lead instead of chasing a dozen sub-contractors.
