The rules of the road.
These terms govern your use of the Builder Deck Expo LLC website. They are short, plain, and meant to be read. Anything we build for you under a signed project agreement is governed by that agreement, not this page.
Acceptance
By visiting builderdeckexpo.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.
Who we are
Builder Deck Expo LLC is a global exhibition stand builder. We design, fabricate, install, dismantle, store, and re-deploy custom and rental stands for clients on four continents. References to "we", "us", "our", and "Builder Deck" mean Builder Deck Expo LLC and its affiliated studios. References to "you" mean the individual or organisation using the Site.
Use of the Site
You may browse the Site, read our writing, view portfolio work, and submit enquiries or quote requests. In return, you agree:
- Not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any system connected to it.
- Not to scrape, mirror, frame, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
- Not to use any automated system to submit forms or generate inauthentic traffic.
- To provide accurate information in any enquiry, fake briefs waste everyone’s time.
Intellectual property
The Site, including the design, text, graphics, photographs, video, code, and overall “look and feel”, is owned by Builder Deck Expo LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Portfolio photography may include client trademarks, logos, and trade dress. Those marks remain the property of their respective owners. We display them with permission and only to evidence work we have delivered.
You may save or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use in derivative works, requires our prior written consent.
Quotes, estimates, and renders
Pricing ranges, lead-time estimates, design directions, and 3D visuals shared in the pre-engagement phase are indicative. They are not offers capable of acceptance, and they do not bind either party until a written project agreement is signed by both. Final scope, price, and timeline are confirmed only in that agreement.
Project agreements
When you engage us to design or build a stand, a separate written agreement governs that engagement. It sets out the scope of work, deliverables, payment schedule, IP ownership of bespoke designs, change-order procedure, on-site responsibilities, and dispute resolution. To the extent the project agreement and these Terms differ, the project agreement controls.
Third-party links and content
The Site links to external sites and embeds content (fonts, maps, video) that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only and do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Builder Deck Expo LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed project agreement, which has its own liability provisions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Builder Deck Expo LLC harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you also acknowledge that you have read it and understand it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise, those laws apply to the extent required.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is always the date of the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
